Privacy Notice
1. What we collect
We gather only the data a safe, legal casino requires. Nothing beyond that.
- Who you are: date of birth, complete legal name, email address, phone number and the address you live at.
- Proof of identity: ID documents and, where needed, proof of address and proof of funds.
- Money: balances, deposits, withdrawals and the details of your payment methods.
- Play: bets, wins, losses, bonuses and limits you set.
- Location: geolocation data that confirms you are in a permitted place.
- Technical: the IP address and browser details of the device you use, plus login times.
- Messages: any emails you write to our support team.
2. Who we share it with
Your information is never sold. We pass it only to partners that support our casino operations, and each gets only what it needs.
- Payment partners who move your deposits and withdrawals.
- Verification partners who confirm your location, identity and age, and assess fraud risk.
- Service providers such as game studios, hosting, email and analytics firms.
- Authorities where required under Canadian law, for example for anti-money laundering reports.
- Professional advisers, for example lawyers and auditors, who are bound by confidentiality duties.
Every partner must protect your information and may only use it for the work we give them.
3. Security
Your data stays behind locked doors.
- Encrypted connections across our site.
- Staff can access data only when their role requires it.
- Secure storage for ID documents and payment data.
- Routine testing of our systems to find vulnerabilities.
Your password is yours alone. Never hand it over. Shared device? Sign off when every session ends. Think an intruder got in? Email us without delay.
4. Legal grounds
We use your information because:
- We need it to run your account and our games under our Terms of Service.
- Canadian law requires us to check age, identity and the source of money.
- There is a legitimate business need, for instance preventing fraud or repairing faults.
- You have agreed, for instance to receive marketing emails or to allow optional cookies.
5. Transfers outside Canada
Certain partners keep or process information abroad. If your data is transferred outside Canada, our contracts with them demand safeguards no weaker than our own. Even so, local authorities in those countries may be legally able to access it.
6. Changes
When the way we handle data shifts, this notice shifts with it. Each updated version goes live here, marked with its start date. Major changes also trigger an email or a login notice.
7. Why we use it
- To create, operate and protect your account.
- To verify your age, who you are and your location.
- To handle deposits and withdrawals in CAD.
- To run games, bonuses and Saskatoon Rewards.
- To spot fraud, cheating and money laundering.
- To support safer play, including limits, breaks and signs of risk.
- To answer your emails and complaints.
- To improve our site and games.
8. Marketing choices
You receive promotional offers only if you opt in to them.
- We send promotions only after you opt in.
- Every promotional email has an unsubscribe option.
- Marketing can be turned off from the settings of your account, or you can ask us by email to end it.
- Cooling-off pause running? Self-excluded? Our marketing goes quiet. Not one message lands.
- Service messages about your account, security or payments still reach you.
9. Your rights
You decide what happens to your data. You may ask us to:
- Access the information we hold about you.
- Correct any outdated or inaccurate details.
- Delete information we no longer need.
- Object to some uses, such as marketing.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Send every request to [email protected]. Your identity gets confirmed first, and we'll let you know if the law requires us to keep any data.
10. Cookies
Cookies and tracking tools help the site function and show us what is working. The Cookies and Tracking page explains them in full.
11. How long we keep it
- Closing an account does not end our duty to keep records: account, identity and transaction data are held for the period required by Canadian tax and anti-money laundering laws.
- We retain self-exclusion records for the full time needed to keep the exclusion in force.
- Once you opt out, marketing data is removed, except for a record that stops further messages being sent.
- Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.
12. Age
Our casino is only for adults aged 19+. Nobody below that age may hold an account. If we discover that we hold data on someone under 19, their account is closed and the data is erased as far as the law permits. Please see our 19+ Policy.
13. Contact
Privacy questions or requests go to one address: [email protected]. Our team replies by email.
